What to Expect

Reaching out is the hardest step — and we make the rest easy. Here's what happens after you contact us.

    Reach Out

    Once you fill out our contact form, a staff member will respond to you through email. They may ask additional questions in order to determine the clinician with an opening and the appropriate skill set to treat you, and the clinician who can match your financial needs or can utilize your insurance.

  2. 02

    Review Financial Options

    Our billing specialist will collect your insurance information and provide an estimate of cost. We do our best to work with insurance companies, but ultimately, the insurance companies determine what they reimburse.

  3. 03

    Schedule Your Initial Interview

    You will schedule your initial interview with the clinician. Some therapists may agree to speak for 10–15 minutes on the phone before you meet. Some may wish to meet you at an initial session first.
